Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI is looking to hire a Programs Manager to join our Programs department at Taliesin. Are you a results-oriented self-starter? As stewards of the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, our dual mission is to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and to conduct educational and cultural programs that provide a greater understanding of his architecture and ideas. We are different from other historic sites because we are a living historic site, offering immersive experiences for our audiences to engage with.

As our Programs Manager, you will oversee our group tours, arts and education programs, and events. Work closely with our Events Coordinator to ensure positive guest experiences at events. Prepare creative proposals for prospective group sales. Respond to phone and email inquiries. Make connections with outside organizations to generate group and programmatic sales opportunities. Provide supervision and guidance to Programs and events staff. Work with our Director of Programs in program evaluations and identifying opportunities for growth.


* 3 years of customer service experience * 3 years of supervisory experience * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills

This position works Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required. In addition, there is an opportunity for a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
