Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI is looking to hire a seasonal part-time Shuttle Driver to work alongside our world-class Tour Program staff and contribute to our organizational mission. If this sounds like something for you, please read on!

This seasonal position pays an hourly rate of between $16.75-19.75 depending on qualifications over a variable schedule workweek from May 1st to October 31st. The position supports our tour program by providing excellent customer service and safe transportation of guests. We will support drivers in getting their Commercial Drivers License, and we offer a bonus program (see below).

As stewards of the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, our dual mission is to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and conduct educational and cultural programs that provide a greater understanding of his architecture and ideas. We are different from other historic sites because we are not satisfied with just being a museum. We want the estate to stay filled with life.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHUTTLE DRIVER

• Good driving record
• At least 4 years experience driving any vehicle
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• A passion for customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger Endorsement (preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a seasonal position from May 1st through October 31st and averages 20-23 hours per week. In season, we are a seven-day-a-week operation, and this position would require a flexible schedule.

THE BONUS

Drivers will be eligible for a bonus program once they have completed their CDL qualifications. The bonus is based on driving shifts and breaks down as follows:

10 shifts - $50.00 bonus

45 shifts - $200.00 bonus

90 shifts - $250.00 bonus

For a total possible bonus of $500.00
